If you have engaged us to custom write for you, you can expect to receive your new documents 3 to 5 days after you have sent us the answer to the questions that we send to you. Sometimes it is quicker. If you have a deadline, please let us know!
What format will my Resume be in?
All Resumes and Cover Letters are in WORD format so they are easy for you to add and change yourself over time.
Is making payment online safe?
Yes! We use a secure and Australian verified Paypal account that provides protection for both the buyer and the seller. We do not require your Credit Card details (this is where fraudsters are most likely to be a problem), and we do not require your banking details either. Very safe, and very secure.
My profession is not listed in your Template list? What can I do?
Contact Us! We take requests for new Templates and add these to our list. Those that are requested the most move their way up the list!
Can you custom write for me?
Yes! We are available to write Resumes, Cover Letters and Selection Criteria answers for all job types*. We particularly enjoy writing for the Mining and Construction sectors, Admin and Accounting and Nurses.
*We are unable to write for Teachers due to the very detailed nature of their applications. Instead we provide low-cost AITSL Cover letters and Resume templates.
